Could Spotting, Dizziness And Cramps Be Due To Pregnancy?

Hello me an my bf have been trying to get pregnant...my ovulation ended about a week ago..yesterday morning I had light brown discharge...and while I was at work today I felt very sick , dizzy, and just plain off also I had cramping on and off my period is not due for another week could this be pregnancy?

This period is the time that a corpus lutem is formed and maybe is ruptured. That's why you have experienced this pain. Till the time that you have not menstruation delay, it could not be pregnancy.
