Could Spotting Instead Of Periods With Heartburn Be Due To Pregnancy?
OK I SURPOSE TO HAVE CAME ON MY PERIOD AROUND THE 13 OF LAST MONTH BUT INSTEAD I WAS SPOTTING FOR LIKE 3OR4 DAYS! AND STILL NO REGULAR PERIOD NOW IM EXPERICING REAL BAD HEARTBURN AND I SLEEP ALL THROUGH THE DAY AND BE UP ALL NIGHT. COULD I BE PREGNANT?

did u experience that spotting on the expected time of periods or did it occur after delay of 5 to 6 days
spotting just before the normal duration of periods do occur in some women ( premenstrual spotting due to hormonal disturbances ) but this is usually followed by normal flow of periods within few days
spotting after delayed period could be due to implantation bleeding at 5 to 6 weeks of pregnancy
here upt is strongly positive
spotting after delayed periods with abdominal pain & maybe dizziness could be due to ectopic pregnancy here upt is weakly positive
heartburn with nausea can occur in pregnancy but they also occur in gastritis
if a patient with similar history comes to me I would do her urine pregnancy test with first morning urine sample. alternatively u can do blood test ( bhcg )
u can take syrup digene for heartburn
