Could Spotting With Cramps And Lightheaded Feelings Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

Im 19 5ft 3in and 200lbs.I normally have irregular periods and I thought I got my period tuesday but Wednesday it stopped it was lighter then usual and not it's normal color. I'm getting cramps like my normal period. I've been feeling a little light headed and nosceous yesterday the night before I had a terrible back pain. I did have sex last week. Ive also was told at this beginning of this month I had mono. Could I be pregnant?

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Yes spotting around menstrual date can be due to implantation & so there is possibility of pregnancy with sex roughly 8-10 days ago .
Mononucleosis is a viral infection, but fortunately it is not observed to affect development of fetus/ cause increase in chance of fetal malformations.
I would suggest you to observe for the bleeding. Implantation bleeding is mostly spotting/ scanty bleeding that lasts for hardly a day.
In case bleeding is scanty & does not match your menstrual pattern ...go for UPT after 8 days delay after the menses date , That would exclude/ confirm pregnancy.
