Hallow Dear,

So many days after delivery, the pain in the stomach without any vaginal discharge is less likely to be due to uterine origin. You seem to have developed gastritis due to may medicines you are taking. You may think of dropping some with the help of your doctor.

Some proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole may help you controlling the gastritis. Avoid spicy food.

Please get your stools examined for any evidence of amoebiasis and/or worms. Metranidozole is good for amoebiasis while Albendazola can cure the worms.

Please report to your Physician.

Hope this helps you.
