Could Stomach Twinges, Sickness And Constipation Be Signs Of Pregnancy?

hi was wondering if you could help. I got my implant out on the 6th of august as me and my partner are trying for a baby. Im feeling pregnant as i have been getting twinges in my tummy,feeling sick,constipation. I have took a test but came back negative. Can you help me please.

Hi there, I have undgerstood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic.

2 ) After removal of the implant contraceptive method, fertility usually returns back within next couple of cycles.

3 ) If you had unprotected sex act after the implant removal, then I will suggest you to wait for at least 15 to 20 days after the last sex act. If you still happen to miss your periods, then please get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy.
In case of doubt blood beta HCG test and USG will be of help.

3 ) If I was your treating doctor them I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Include more portions of fruits, salads and vegetables in daily diet. Avoid substance abuse if any. Start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements at least 3 months before you plan to get pregnant. This helps to prevent many problems during pregnancy and have a safe delivery and healthy baby.
