Could Swelling In Fingers Be A Symptom Of Pregnancy?

I have been waking up in hte morning with swollen fingers for a couple of days. My husband and I are trying to acheive a pregnancy and I'm on day 25 of my cycle. I did a urine test to detect ovulation and it was positive on day 13. Can you tell me if swelling can be a sign of pregnancy? I am 43 yrs old and I've had 2 successful pregnancies in the past 5 yrs.
Thank you

Dear isabella,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
If you have detected ovulation then choice of pregnancy is high.
Swelling is not diagnostic of pregnancy.
If you are anxious you can do a blood test for HCG.
Thanks
