Could Swelling In Penis Be Due To Masturbation Or Workout In Gym?

i am 25 years old ... yesterday night i saw there is swelling on my panies ... today morning i wake up n saw swelling was less but now arnd 4pm i came back from GYM it got more swelling so plzz plz advise me what should i do??? is it because of masterbution or because of GYM or any other problem ,, there is no pain
