Could Swelling In Testicle Cause Infertility Issues?

Hi , iIbeen married for 4 years. My husband has Varicocele. He has had surgury about two years ago. For some reason his left testicle is still swollen. It looks like its from the surgury he had and had retain liquid or so. At this point I dont know what to do. Is that bad. Will he be able to have kids?

1.Yes any abnormality in the testis can be possible reason for the infertility.
2.The varicocele itself can be the cause for the above reason, with recurrence.
3.In this case i would recumbent to get an ultrasound examination after sperm count.
4.Ultrasound will assess present condition of the varicocele, and testicular status and vascularity chord status, presence of any free fluid, epididymus status.
5.If varicocele is the cause it can be treated, even reduced sperm count can be treated, so need not worry you can able to have kids, but you need to find out the cause and treat accordingly . Good luck.
