Could Swelling In Vagina, Burning Sensation During Urination And Brown Clumps Be An STD?

I have brown clumps on the tissue when I wipe after I use the bathroom.my vagina feels swollen, and ut hurts. It also burns when I urinate. I started to feel this after having sex with a condom but he took it off at the end. So,it still could b a std. I dont know was it from the condom because that s when I,felt the irritation start?

Hi there.
Dear, I feel you have answered yourself & are your own best critique' :)
While it could still be an STD & you will need to see a dermatologist or venreologist nearest you before it can be ruled out, my hunch based on your very accurate history & symptoms hedge on an irritant contact dermatitis due to the condom /latex/lubricant allergy/irritation. The brown clumps though dont fit into the picture & may be another issue altogether probably pre-existing. Having said that, please see your friendly neighbourhood dermatologist or STD speciailist to take this further as some investigations may be required. A steroid-antibiotic combination cream applied locally & an anti-inflammatory agent like tab Brufen (provided no asthma or allergies to pain-killers pre-exist) taken 2-3 times per day over 24-48 hrs may be just what you need in the interim together with lots of water to help flush out any minimal co-existing infection of a mild nature. Good luck & please use this HCM site to help you find a suitable empathetic doc near you. Cheers.
