Could Swollen And Tingling Fingers After A Fall Be Fracture?

Hi there! I fell on my wrist while snowboarding. I had a sharp pain in my wrist, then fell again on my wrist and had another sharp pain. There is minimal swelling in my wrist and minimal bruising. This happened 2 days ago and the pain is still present. There is no noticable fracture or deformity. My fingers are slightly swollen and tingling. Is it probable that there is a fracture?
