Hi..unwanted 72 that is levonorgestrel has quite a high efficacy rate in preventing pregnancy esp if taken within 24 hours. She had normal periods just after 1 or 2 days..that means the time of sex was also almost safe time of her cycle that is unlikely for conceiving..so there are very less chances of pregnancy..
First thing i would suggest is immediate hospital care as there can be numerous reasons of fainting..ranging from mere weakness due to improper diet to any neurological cause..so a thorough evaluation is necessary including a bp,hemoglobin to initiate further management.
When she is stabilized, you can advise her to perform a urine pregnancy test by self to rule out pregnancy if by any chance the pill has failed..
