Could The Bump At The Base Of The Penis Which Bleeds When Popped Be Herpes?

i received oral sex from a girl about a month ago and three days ago i got a very small bump on the base of my penis where my hair grows after trying to pop the bump only blood came out then i left it alone today is the third day and the bump is almost gone and has a scab over it and i was just wondering if this sounds like i might have herpes or some type of std

No it is not sounds like herpes. But it looks like some kind of infection.

I advice you should do Grams staining from the wound. Once the result is available we can start the therapy.

Till that time you can start the Doxycycline 100 mg two times a day.

Please take the drug under your doctors guidance.

Avoid sex during the therapy or use condom while doing sex.

Maintain good cleanig and dressing at local site. This will also help curing the infection at earliest.
