Could The Lung Damage Be The Cause For Breathlessness After A Hard Fall?

I fell hard on my back on a semi hard floor, I was able to get back up without noticing anything obviously wrong with my body. Two days after, I noticed my breathing has been labored even when I just walk a little faster, I expected the soreness on my back but could there be other issues like my lungs?

After a hard fall there may be a possibility of lung contusion, fracture of ribs, leakage of air from the lungs.
You must get a chest xray done to rule out all these possibilities. Consult respiratory physician of your area.
