Could The Abdominal Cramps Be The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hi,
I am 30 yrs old, I am trying to conceive since last 3 months. My last period was on 15th Jan. Since 30th Jan I felt waist cramps in evening for 5 days at evening only. It never happened with me earlier. I have 28 days regular periods every month. I just want to know its the symptom of pregnancy or something else

Hello,

If you have missed your period please take a home pregnancy test. Also, get a urine analysis and culture done to rule out urinary tract infection.
