The baby in earlier stages of pregnancy is all the time moving. At six months we do not value the position of the foetus. The position gets fixed only in the later weeks of pregnancy in the last couple of months. So there is no point in taking any stress for this position.
However, please ask your wife to continue with her normal activities, the allowable exercises (which your Ob physician will tell you) and good diet for the better health and development of baby and mother.
Regular examinations during pregnancy will reveal the position of the baby to which please do not pay much attention. It is only at 34 weeks that you have to have concern of the position of the baby.
