Could The Blood In Urine Be A Matter Of Concern?

18 days ago i went to the restroom and peed blood with not having a uterous any longer i was concerned went to the urgent care needless to say after finally getting ct scan shows diffuse bladder wall inflamation and my BP has been high 142/86 or so. I am still in pain and have been bloated and pain all in mid section and my private gets shooting pains constantly still. I am not bleeding but did for the first four days. My Q is my appointment isnt until thursday should i wait or go to ER for help. Pain for 18 days now
