Could The Burst Ovarian Cyst And Stomach Lump With Bruising Be Related?

I went to hospital with suspected appendicitis but when they did a scan they found a cyst on my left ovary had burst. They said this could still cause pain on my right side? Also I have noticed a small bruise and lump on the left side of my tummy. Around 3 inches away and at a 45 degree angle from my belly button. Could this be from where the cyst burst on my ovary? Or is this something else?

Hi
Pain can be due to cyst rupture also ,but bruise is not related to cyst it is different one may be a sebaceous cyst or injury
