Could The Buttock Cheek Sore With Hardness And Discoloration Be Herpes?

hi,,i had 3 blisters on the inside of my buttcheek. They are not painful and two of them actually went away.No sores, pus or cuts.Theres only one now but it has gotten bigger almost like a pimple/whitehead you would get on your face. Its hard but it went from skin toned to a white head.ive had some bumps before and had them checked out.my doc said they were normal but this looks a little different.i am sexually active and i havent had sex for almost 4 monthsbut i hvnt been checked out since the last time i had sex either .is this possibly herpes. just a little concerned.please give your opinions.thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
On the basis of clinical history given by you, the lesions appear to be boils or folliculitis and not herpes.
Herpes is characterized by a crop or group of fluid filled and painful vesicles.
However, a clinical assessment of the lesions is required to diagnose the condition and thus proper management can be done.

Thanks and take care
