Could The Calcified Granuloma Be Due To Inflammatory Autoimmune Dosorder?

Hi on an abdominal x-ray, a 5 mm small calcified granuloma noted on the left medially. I understand this can be due to old infection including resolved tuberculosis. My question is are there are other causes? For almost 3 years I have been being worked up for what they are calling a yet to be named inflammatory arthritic autoimmune disorder. My sed rate is often high as is my ra factor. But along with that when I get sick I have an anaphylactic type response winding me in the intensive care. I also have what they are considering some type of inflammatory bowel disorder and dysmotility in which I am being worked up for a colonectomy. They feel this is connected to the inflammatory arthritic autoimmune disorder but are yet to know how. I appreciate your time and I m just curious if there is an inflammatory process that could be another explanation for a calcified granuloma of 5 mm?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Yes, inflammatory disease can produce nodular lesions in lung. But calcification in nodule is something related to healing. And if your inflammatory disease is on off in nature, I think every nodule should have similar on off nature if it is inflammatory origin. But since calcification in that favours it of benign, non inflammatory nodule. Mostly due to old healed tb lesion.
