HI. Jaundice along with pain in abdomen, which is increased on taking food in a child of 4 years of age, can be due to some sort of obstruction to the bile flow. Ultrasonography and if necessary MRI (MRCP) will give the diagnosis. Possibility of a round worm stuck into the opening of bile duct can have the similar can have the same problem. Or there can be an incidental finding of enlarged lymph nodes and so.
