Could The Damaged L3 Or Sinus Infection Causes Burning In The Urinary Tract?

My urinary tract started burning just this morning. Could it be my L 3 that I damaged from a fall about 5 years ago or just not enough water intake. I also have a sinius infection I think. Could all or just one of the Items mentioned be the cause ?

Thank you,
Rick

Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.

I don't think that the burning sensation has anything to do with the damaged L3. Sometimes when a patient has a sinus infection,he might develop even an urinary tract infection.

In your case i suggest to increase the amount of liquids because probably the symptoms will go away.
Also 1 or 2 cup of chamomile tea ,or rose tea will help with the healing.

If your symptoms persist for a couple of days,or if you have other symptoms like blood in urine, white discharge in your urine, pain ect than you need to do an urine test to confirm the diagnosis and start a new type of antibiotics.

If you have any other question, don't hesitate to contact me.
