Could The Dark Red Mark Near My Left Nipple And Frequent Severe Headaches Be Related To My Pacemaker And Defibrillator?

i have a pacemaker and defib for nearly 4 years , today i awoke with what appears to be an underskin dark red mark at the top edge of my left nipple near the pace maker sight with a bruize type sensitivity, ive also had an increase in my weekly head aches of late incapacitating me for at least 2 days a week , my s.c.a event was 40 minutes without heart beat
