Could The Delayed Period Be Due To A Pregnancy?

Hi. I am on my 6th day of free pill now. And my period hasnt come yet. Usually my period comes on the 3rd or 4th day of the 7 day free pill. Been using althea for 3 months now. Is it possible that im pregnant? I missed one pill for saturday so i took 2pills on sunday and i didnt had sex that time. But im worried bec until now i dont have my period. And by the way i had sex twice on m 7 day free pill. I dont know if its safe. Im really worried now. Please help me. Thanks!

Hi there, I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

1 ) First of all do not panic .

2 ) As you have covered the missed pill, risk of being pregnant is minimal. You can safely wait till day 7 of pill free period.

3 ) Also, having sex activity in pill free period is totally safe. The pulls have already prevented egg formation that occurs in the middle of the cycle

4 ) If you happen to cross your dates or do not get periods in 10 to 14 days after finishing the pills pack, then I will suggest you to get morning's first sample of urine tested for pregnancy. In case of doubt blood beta HCG test will be of help.
