Hello,

This type of pain if associated with symptoms like tingling sensation, pins and needles, penile pain, numbness, burning sensation may be indicative of penile nerve damage. Nerve problem may affect intimacy due to lack of expected response when touched or stroked intimately. Sometimes, nerve problems may arise due to medical conditions like diabetes, sexually transmitted diseases, lupus, etc.

Get clinically examined and get treated the condition that is likely causing you symptoms. In case of low testosterone level, testosterone shots or creams to boost testosterone are quite effective. Since you have penile pain be cautious during sex, and protect the penis when pursuing athletic activities, get STD tests done.

If positive you will be need antibiotics / antivirals. Essential oils containing vitamins A, C, D, and E, and also, an amino acid called L-carnitine helpful relieve peripheral nerve damage. Consult your urologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
