Could The Headaches Be Due To Pituitary Tumor?

last year i had bad headaches and found in mri i have a small pituitary tumor, not affecting anything. They did repeat MRI after 6 months and still same, said I wouldn't need another for 2 years. I also have tmj. past 2 weeks have had a horrible headache in middle of forehead, if I press on it it releaves the pain. Should I be concerned I have no other symptoms that the tumor could be growing or anything.
