Could The Hit Above Eye With Cement Piece Be A Matter Of Concern?

hello i am a dental asssistant, while cleaning a patients provisional tooth, a little piece of cement jumped off and hit right above my eye.. really close to it.. i didnt feel anythng go in... the patient is a high risk patient... and the provisional had been in his mouth, and earlier in the appointment there was blood. after the incident happened, I looked in a mirror and there was nothing there.. not a mark... and i didnt feel anything go in, should I worry?

you should be worry. by looking at mirror you cannot say any thing has gone in or not. complete eye examination is required to see any internal injury . fundus examination refraction and anterior chamber examination in slit lamp is requered to be done. any injury detected should be treated accordingly. if no injury or problem detected then no worry.
