Could The Hormonal Symptoms Be Due To Mirena Coil Nearing Its Expiry Date?

I had the Merina coil fitted 4 years and 8 months a go, and I know it's due to be changed in February of next year. But I'm experiencing exaggerated hormonal symptoms, could this be due to the coil nearing it's expiration date?? symptoms include crying at the slightest thing, being overly irritable and less tolerant, increased spots and spotting/bleeding has started and becoming more noticeable each month. Would having a new coil fitted resolve the issues I'm having??

These is most probably due to coil. It is safe and better to be replaced.
