Could The Increase In Platelets And Low HB Diagnose For Dengue?

I have 11 months old baby experiencing 4days fever. yesterday she had 154 platelets and doctor suspected for dungue. we were advised to have another cbc and went up 233 for her platelets however the hemoglobin and rbc is a bit lower than the standard rate.Does it mean she's safe from dengue already?

Hi..from Single report cbc it's difficult to diagnose.. Dengue will usually have low platelets and high hematocrit.. But we have to compare it on successive reports.. In your case increasing platelet count is good sign..Thanks
