Could The Leg Burn Residual Redness, Puffiness, Swelling And Tenderness Be Infected?

I have a week old burn on my leg from an exhaust from my motorcycle. The initial burn is healing nicely but around it is now red, puffy, swollen and tender to the touch. Is it infected? Should I see a physician? Or is there some over the counter products that can help me?
