Could The Lipomas On My Ankles Be Pressing On A Vein And Causing Numbness In My Toes?
Eleven years ago I noticed swelling on the outside of both my ankles. My doctor told me they were lipomas. About that same time my toes started feeling numb, but when you touch my skin I can feel it and they are still ticklish. It feels like they are lacking complete circulation like when your fingers go to sleep. If my ankles and feet swell the lack of feeling in my toes gets worse. Is it possible the lipomas are pressing on a vein causing the numb feeling?
