Could The Low Appetite Be A Eating Disorder?

Hi, am a 38 year old female and I would like to know if I may have an eating disorder. I am not underweight at all. I am 5 6 weigh 60kg!! I cudnt eat much less than i already do n cud quite happily stop eating altogether. Food bores me! i dont seem to beable to loose weight at all. when i do eat i immediately make myself sick, its getting to a stage where I dont really have to make myself sick anymore just having food in my tummy makes me vomit. I dont see it as being an eating disorder only more of a self harm as its the only thing I have control of in my life right now? i dont think its an eating disorder?
