I m at 16 years old and I master bated the other day, quite hard and I don t know what happened but a couple of days after I came on my period and then about two days ago I felt a stingy sensation every time I wiped after going to the toilet. I have just realise there is a lump to the right of my clitoris and when I put a light it looks yellow. I looked online and loads of stuff came up like an ingrown hair or cyst but it hurts when sitting down now. I haven t had sex yet and this is the first time it has happened but I am very shy when telling my parents of gp
1) This is likely to be from infection of the hair follicle.
2) This generally gets cured spontaneously by itself in 15 days.
3) Before getting cured, it may flare up, burn or become red which is fine and not to be worried.
My suggestion would keep the area neatly shaved and clean. I have seen many cases improve with just good hygiene. Wash the area with soap and water twice daily and dry it. This will reduce flare-up soon.
