Could The Pain In Knees And Calf Muscles Is Due To The Jentadueto Medication?

I have been on the drug Jentadueto since April of this year. I take 1000 mg two times daily. Over the past several months, my knees and calf mussels stay sore a lot. At some points they are even sore to the touch. Could this be the metforeman in the drug?
