Could The Pain In The Abdomen Be Due To Cyst In The Ovary?

hello. so i am a 18 year old female who has suffered from extremely painful and heavy periods every month, but they have been generally regular. Recently i have had very low energy and concetration problems. i had a constant pain in my lower abdomen for 3 days straight so i went to the hospital for testing, with an ultra sound they found a little cyst in my left ovary but told me to not come back unless i feel a significant increase in pain. what do you reccomend me to do?
