Hi, There are all chances of precipitating piles during late months of pregnancy due to increased intra abdominal pressure and might give rise bleeding. At this time there is no problem taking some pain relieving medicine as needed. After delivery piles might subside due to relieving of pressure. Avoid constipation. Ok and take care.
