The first manifestation of HIV infection would not occur only after a few days. The pimples are not definitely due to an HIV infection.
However, the fact that the condom burst (if i did get you correctly) is a risk of you becoming infected if she is infected. The main means of HIV transmission is through unprotected sexual intercourse in which one partner is infected. However, if the condom did break and vaginal fluid did not come close to your urethral opening or any wound, then the chances of you becoming infected are minimal or zero.
Best regards and if you have further query, i will be glad to help.
Hi, pimples on the face is not the sign of hiv. moreover hiv symptoms does not develop so early. Symptoms of hiv are persistent fever, chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, weaknesses, lymphadenopathy frequent infection etc. if you exposed to the risk then you should go for confirmatory hiv testing once after a month of exposure. You can go with p24 antigen or pcr. thanks for using health care magic.
