Could The Reappearance Of My Period On The 5th Day And My History Of STDs And Abortion Be Signs Of Potential Infertility?

hello, my period came last week on thursday so today makes 5 days which is usually how long mine last yesterday it disappeared and i thought it was going away or clearing up as it usually does around 4th or 5th day. but today which is the 5th day it reappeared fully like when it began yesterday, also i wanted to know in addition to two positive std test this year and last could this be the start of infertility after abortion last year as well. i am concerned.
