Hello dear,
If migraine is your diagnosis, there are a few classes of drugs. So,its impossible to tell what you were taking as there is no single drug. For acute treatment,Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAID) ,triptans and ergots may help. For prevention, antidepressants like amitriptyline, beta blockers like propranolol, calcium channel blockers like flunarizine, anticonvulsants like topiramate and valproate may help. You may take rizatriptan for acute headache and flunarizine for prevention. Please discuss it with your neurologist.I hope it helped.
