Could The Small Blisters On My Tongue Be Caused By Doxycycline And Ivermectin?

Hi thr. I have been a covid positive patient for past 4 days. Today deep in my tongue I find small blisters. I am currently taking doxyciciline and ivermatin. Also I am consuming montex an multivitamin, zinkobet and vitamin c chewable tablets. R the blisters due to the Antibiotics ?. Kindly suggest a remedy pls.
