Could The Smell From The Scalp And Hair Fall Be Due To The Hormonal Changes?

I have a nine year old daughter who started menstruating at the age of 8. She has been having an odor lately that seems to be coming out of her pores in which I can smell from her head. I recently had her hair in braids because I noticed that her hair seemed limp. As I was carefully taking them out, I noticed that it seemed there was an excessive amount of shedding. Even before I braided her hair, it was some shedding. I am concerned because she has curly hair and very thick. Is this a cause of hormones? She does not have patches of hair gone. It just seems to come out from all over her head. I did rinse her hair in apple cider vinegar. I found out that this helps with shedding. I have noticed that her hair is thinner and not as voluminous. Should I be concerned? This has never happened before. I know just before she started her period she would have a terrible smell from her scalp even though i washed and conditioned thoroughly. Please help.

These problem is seems to be related to hormonal disturbances. As she got menses at age of 8. She is suffering from prematurity. She may have grown prematurely on physical and/or mental level.
These can be treated with proper homeopathic treatment. Hormonal disturbances are directly related to stress, tension, shock, etc. It may be observed or not, may be related to study, or anything else.
For that homeopathic consultation is needed to evaluated route cause of it and treated accordingly.
