Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. I would like to know why you have used progesterone. The spotting could be a breakthrough bleed, a premenstrual bleed or an implantation bleed. To clarify, the best way is to get an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres if you are less than a week prior to your next natural period. This can be followed by a trans-vaginal sonogram a week after the expected period, if it is missed. Hope this helps.
