Could The Stabbing Pain In My Eye Be Attributed To Thyroidectomy Surgery?

I had thyroidectomy in dec last year, it was encases in a mass that had grown down into my chest wall and involved nerves in my neck, my left vocal chord was severed, could this stabbing pain and worsening headaches be attributed to the surgery
