Could The Sulfur Smell In My Urine, Along With Symptoms Like Nausea, Dizziness, And Breast Tenderness, Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, I my urine started smelling like sulfur this morning and my first thought was could I be pregnant because I ve smelled that sent during other pregnancies I ve had in early stages. I of course started drinking more water but for the last maybe 4-5 weeks I ve been extremely nautious, sometimes dizzy, trouble breathing, breast tenderness, constant irritation & more to be short. I did actually go to the doctor around the 19th of October and told them the same exact symptoms except about the urine and breast tenderness because I ruled pregnancy out all together thinking I was just stressed because I had just lost my parent. I m finally getting to where I m able to eat and hold down some foods but I still smoke cigarettes and I can t think of anything that could ve caused me to have this sulfur smell in my urine except meat or pregnancy. I hope I have been as direct as I could be. Thanks!
