Could The Tears Between Anus And Vagina Be Piles Caused After Undergoing An Abortion?

Hi, I have small tears on my anus and between my Anus and vagina. I read it may be piles? (Other symptoms added up) - anyway, I recently had the merina coil fitted whilst I was undergoing an abortion operation. Is this normal? also, I am bleeding STILL, from about 6 weeks ago and have awful stomach pains. :/

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Tears in the anus could be anal fissures.
Piles or hemorrhoids usually present as prolapsed masses.
Tears between anus and vagina could be due to cuts, scratches etc.
If you are having problems with these things better to get examined and take treatment accordingly.
Intrauterine contraceptive devices can present with symptoms like pain, irregular menstrual bleeding etc.

Usually these symptoms will subside soon.
If they persist, better to consult gynecologist once and get examined.
Possibly symptomatic treatment will cure the problem.
If symptoms persist even after that, removal of IUCD may be adviced.
Take care.
