Could The Tingling Sensation In Upper Lip After Insect Bite Have Led To Cyst Formation?

Hello, good morning doctor! I have a weird feeling this past few weeks, it start with a insect bites i think but now, my upper lip/mustache area has a tingling sensation every afternoon and has a lump/cyst growing beneath my upper lips? Do you have any idea what is this? Thank you!

it is also associated with fluid filled lesions Alongwith burning / tingling sensation.
