Could The Tumor In My Spine Be The Reason For Prolonged Absent Periods?

my name is Nicole and I m 32 and haven t had my period for 12 years. I am not on birth control or sexually active. I do have multiple neurofibromatosis type one kind of tumors in my spine, stomach, and pelvic region. I think my tumors could have caused this problem but am not sure. also the tumors are growing to the extant that the specialist s ( neurosurgeon s) have said I will slowly lose the ability to use my legs. with such more important things to worry about I put this period mess on the back burner. so could you give me a couple possibilities what it could be? also I take alprazolam and morphine daily as my pain management Doctor has prescribed. I don t know if that could cause 12years without a period please help if you can thank you
