Could The White-yellowish Streak On My Penis Head Be A Staph Infection?

Hello, I have gotten into the routine of cleaning my penis (uncut) with hydrogen peroxide after I noticed every couple of weeks there might be a smell down there. Then yesterday, after doing it, I noticed a white-yellowish streak across the penis head, and it scared the hell out of me! It does not hurt at all and I ve induced abrasions before from rough sex and masturbation, however, I m worried I might have staph infection on the head of my penis (Which happened years ago). Would soaking it in Hydrogen Peroxide, exposing the reddish, yellowish stripe even more be a good idea? I don t have health insurance so this is particularly stressful.
