Could There Be A Miscarriage Having The Spotting And The Ultrasound Reports Shows No Heart Beat?

Im about 1 month pregnant, i started spotting friday afternoon for a little than it stopped. But i went to the hospital to double check everything was alright they did an ultrasound and said they could'nt hear my baby's heart beat and that i should go back on Sunday. The next day (Saturday morning) i had no spotting but i had a reddish pinkish orange discharge is that bad? Could it be a mischarge? This only happens when i whipe should i be concerned? .

your concerns are valid.
Bleeding in early pregnancy can be sign of miscarriage but as you have mentioned that you are only one month pregnant it will be that at 7 weeks the fetal heart is detected.so keep faith. Take prenatal supplements as advised, Avoid stress and heavy work.
Please repeat ultrasound at 49 days by then a good healthy pregnancy will show a strong heart beat.
