Hi, I am Ranjan Kumar Singh from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. i am 27 years old. Hello dear , hi

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* There seems definite underlying infection giving pus , watery discharge .

* Recommendations at present

- Complete blood counts with culture report of the pus .
- Ultrasound examination of the local part .
- If external puncture is seen , can go for dye study as well .
- Till then continue sitz bath , antibiotics for better recovery .

Hope this will help you .
