Could There Be Chances Of Pregnancy If Placebo Pills Are Taken Instead Of Active Pills?

Hi, I have a question about birth control.... I normally take my pills on time everyday. I am pretty much a stickler about that. Yesterday which does not happen usually, I took a placebo pill instead of an active pill. So today, I took both sunday and monday's active pills. Please keep in mind that my partner and I had sex both yesterday and the day before. Do I have anything to worry about and what are my odds that I will become pregnant? please advise. Thank you!
